I love to listen to audiobooks while I edit images- somehow it allows me to really focus on my work without being overly-critical of myself (My name is Lissa, and I am Type A). I happened to start Surprised by Motherhood just as I began working on the images of this precious family…and something about the mixture of Lisa-Jo Baker's words and baby Will's gummy smile brought me to tears.
